Please read this agreement carefully before completing your purchase or using these products. By purchasing any YourDeviceAI™ product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use these products.

1. License Grant NextPhase Technologies™ LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product(s) for personal use only. Software products may be installed on a single computer that you own or control. Digital guides and documents are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

2. Restrictions You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, or share any product, installer, or document with any other person or organization

• Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease any product

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software product

• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices from any product

3. Ownership All YourDeviceAI™ products are licensed, not sold. NextPhase Technologies™ LLC retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in all products, documentation, and related materials.

4. Privacy The YourDeviceAI™ Voice-to-Text App runs entirely on your computer. No audio files, transcripts, or personal data are transmitted to any server or third party. Digital guide products (PDF documents) do not collect or transmit any user data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. NextPhase Technologies™ LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. User Responsibility and Review YourDeviceAI™ products are designed to assist users with transcription, organization, drafting, and workflow support. They do not replace human review, professional judgment, board approval, legal review, or organizational approval requirements. All transcripts, notes, draft minutes, and final minutes should be reviewed and verified by the responsible secretary, board, organization, or appropriate officer before use, posting, adoption, or filing.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall NextPhase Technologies™ LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of any YourDeviceAI™ product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination you must cease all use of the applicable product(s).

10. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
